Yello rose petals in Aperture priority

Water drop on rose petal

For getting this foto I sprinkled some water on the petals. Took this in an aperture priority with macro on mode. ISO - 400 and Shutter speed at 1/60. The image is crisp at center and gets blurred along the outer sides.

My first foto

This is the first foto I have taken with my camera. Well, ya you got it right. Not the very first but a 4th one coz I was playing with the camera's aperture settings and trying to focus it manually. I guess I have got it fairly right :)

My camera

About 2 weeks back I got myself a Canon Powershot A640 camera from ebay. This is a 10 MP camera with 4x optical zoom, just the right combo for an amateur photographer. The images on this blog will be taken by this camera and most likely taken by me :) Well, I believe this is a gr8 camera and the camera software is perfect to organize, tune your fotos. There are also plenty of options in in-camera software which yu can use to tune your fotos. I have started this photoblog and hopefully will keep it updated with my new fotos. So here's wishing myself HAPPY PHOTOBLOGGING!!!
